Meet Your Coach

Hey girl hey, I'm Jelisa.

I didn't start lifting weights because I wanted to become stronger. I started because I wanted a flat stomach.

As I learned more about strength training and nutrition, my body transformed—but something even bigger happened. I became more confident. More resilient. More disciplined.

Over the years, I competed in bodybuilding, earned an Overall title, and learned an incredible amount about nutrition and body transformation. But I also learned that extreme fitness isn't sustainable—and it isn't the life I wanted to help women build.

After becoming a mom of two, my perspective shifted even more. Instead of chasing perfection, I focused on becoming stronger. Ironically, that's when I built the strongest body—and the strongest mindset—I've ever had.

Today, I lift heavier than I ever imagined possible. Not because life became easier. Because I became stronger.

I created the Fine As A Motha Collective for the woman who's tired of putting herself last. If that's you… I'd love to welcome you into the FAM.
